In the weeks before the opening of the academic year (September) and in the week before the start of the second semester (February), an orientation programme is offered to all new international students at KU Leuven. The programme consists of a mix of practical information sessions and social events also organized by Ekonomika. During these events we provide you with the opportunity to meet fellow students!

You will meet us, Ekonomika, for the first time at the Student Fair. This is a fair where all the student associations gather and where we explain more about who we are and what our planned activities for the semester are. We are more than happy to welcome you at our Ekonomika stand, so make sure to stop by!

After the Student Fair, you can also meet us at one of our fun activities during the Orientation Week! For example each year we organize a BBQ as our faculty evening. Every international student from our faculty will join this BBQ so you will get the chance to meet many fellow students and have a great evening!
