The Leuven Case Competition 2025 is reaching its final stage! After intense competition, the top teams will now compete in the Final Case Day on Thursday, March 27, at OHL in Leuven. This exclusive event will be a full day of case-solving, from our partners Microsoft, Colruyt Group and McKinsey & Company, starting at 7:30 with breakfast and ending with an all inclusive reception and afterparty.

To confirm your participation, each finalist is required to contribute €34 per person for Ekonomika members and €39 per person for non-members. This amount covers all meals from our catering and activities like unlimited drinks at the afterparty. Registration is mandatory and must be completed before Saturday, March 22, at 23:59. If a team does not register before the deadline, their spot will be given to another team.

⚠️ Important: Only teams that have officially reached the finals are eligible to register. Non-finalists will be removed from the list, and their payment will not be refunded.
